Here is a little tutorial on how to use the Wheel Colliders on Unity 5 and how to create a car under Blender and make it all work.
Through the tutorial we will also learn how to control the car by script to have it move with the keyboard.
Keep in mind i made this tutorial to help you guys and i never made any tutorial before so be gentle here 😛

I wish you actually explained what you are doing in Blender. This is too fast and not clarified enough. Unity part is okay but Blender is not at all. Plus, your link is dead.
