you missed with node.js, it's pretty important for website development to learn i think
As far as possible web developers should not be using any javascript frameworks because frameworks always dictate to do things in their own opinionated way and always stifle web developers' creativity.
Although Javascript has a lot of bad parts, Javascript itself is already a lot more like a framework these days but still a lot of beginners out their just love to use a framework (In most cases these people start to learn frameworks before learning basic Javascript) entirety based on hype or popularity on Github or I don't know it may be just their inertia of thinking.
