Wich is the best way to practice matte painting and environment concept art? Do I start making studies of rocks, grass, sky, etc or I try to go for a composition, mixing various elements? Thanks
Hey Walid Feghali, I followed your link but cannot find your brush pack download. Am I missing something

Very inspiring tutorial sir. This is a working smart method and everything here is about learning.
THank you so much for these tutorials !
Very nice Walid good initiative to spread the art of matte painting.I liked your work.I request you to upload another short tutorial for small matte so that even you can explain the basic concepts in detail and even we can learn.
I am a conceptual composite photographer, and I have been wanting to learn more painting techniques in PS. This is exactly what I needed to know, I have already subscribed to your Youtube page.
Here is some of my work, I still have a lot to learn. π

can you do something like this in krista?
I realize you are probably tired of hearing it, but these really are fantastic!
Well done. Photobashing is not cheating, assuming that you state it in the description and/or give credits to photographs used.
I was trying to follow along with you and my brush wasn't blending like how yours does, I downloaded that brush pack and choose chalk 01 but when I paint it's all the same color and doesn't blend like in your video.
Amazing! Im 28 and i have drawn pen on paper my entire life, or at least from the age of 4. Im looking to seriosly get into digital/2d tablet art, i want to work in the field of concept art eventually. Drawing pen on paeper has become mys econd nature, and i want to ask how easy or ahrd is the transition from that to digital? Also, what bush do you use?
How would I insert an image onto the file? I usually just open the image into a new file and then copy and paste it. But when I make it bigger it gets pixelated and the quality of the picture becomes really bad.
In all crafts in the profession it is good to see how someone else does the same thing. You can pick up things that work for you. Thanks, I looked at the whole video.
I'm having a great deal of trouble trying to figure out the key bindings that are happening near the beginning.
DO U USE A VACCUM PAD TO PAINT?
