HEY EVERYONE… Welcome BACK to another foundation review. Today I’m testing out the much talked about Beauty Blender Bounce foundation… When the first image of this foundation range hit the internet, it caused quit a stir. I dive into the drama and spend 12 hours in the Houston, Texas heat and humidity trying this product out.. guest appearance from my boo RICH LUX, I also stopped at the Houston Galleria mall and asked Sephora employees what they thought of my skin… the tea is HOT and this video was a journey. I’m white but my mom was Middle Eastern so my skin has a bit of yellow tone so no foundation actually works I have to mix two so I can’t even imagine how pissed people of colour were about this . Like if you are gonna do shades for everyone do them right
My sister has SO MUCH trouble trying to find her foundation colour cuz she’s so pale and before beauty blender added more shades she would cry cuz they didn’t have a shade light enough for her

My friend is almost a literal white, none of these would work for her
Maybe its because im from az but that range didnt look very latina to me it looked more tan white person tbh its shade range isnt even enough to cater to the Hispanic and latina comunity here not even touching on the pale/poc shades
Majority of them look the same. The only thing that separates the colors are them either being warm or cool. Other than that, they are all the same

I love the way the bottles look and how the foundation comes out.
WHITE comes in more shades than Dark. And Darker skin tones are trying to match their necks which are always much lighter.

I feel like if the foundation came out 10+ years ago like the sponge did, the shade range wouldn't have been as huge a problem, it's still an issue, but I feel like we've gotten really huge on being inclusive in the past few years. So if BB intended to come out with a foundation first and then the sponge beat the foundation to it, maybe they just kept with the shades they'd already decided on and didn't think about the change in people's opinions about darker and lighter people having options beyond practically white and practically black shades.

I like Jeffreestar, but I have to say he makes comments a lot of being inclusive and shade ranges. Yet the sizes of the clothing on his website are S-M-L only. Not only are there people of different shades, but also different sizes.
