  1. for those in blender 2.8 for a background image, do the short-cut shift-a find image and hover over it, click reference and it should bring up your files, find the reference you want and choose it.
    your welcome from, OoLogic!

  2. I've only recently come across blender and can see the awesome potential of this tool. So far this video of yours has been a lot more helpful than most although i am using 2.8. I hit my brick wall when it comes to the hands, i know there are a few things done differently between the two versions, i shift and right click to put the 3d cursor where i want the hand to be but when i add the cube, it appears in the centre of my model and mirrors from the centre when i try to grab it to move it to the wrist. In object mode i can get the cube where i want it but it doesn't mirror on the opposite side. Can anybody enlighten me as to where i need to make changes to the operation? Sorry it's a bit long winded. One love.

  4. Just a heads up:
Dont hit CTRL+Z without really meaning it. I hit twice really quickly and I am staring at a cube again.
I had just wanted to move a couple vertices back, but it apparently undid everything I did in Edit mode.
    I'm using 2.79 btw.
