3. Next we will get to the core of Adobe Photoshop – working with Layers. I will show you how to create, arrange, delete, blend and tweak your layers.

4. Then we will look at Layer Masks. Layer Masks gives you a powerful mechanism for controlling the opacity (transparency) of your layers in Adobe Photoshop.

  1. I want to get the Photography Plan from Adobe Creative Cloud , but I can’t lol… because it needs a credit card πŸ’³ and I have a debit card… so I can’t get adobe creative cloud forever probably 😒 BUT this tutorial was super useful though! I cant find better tutorial than this πŸ˜€ (btw I am P.S.S. Santosh….you reply to me every time πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸŽ‰πŸ™ŒπŸ‘)

  2. AFTER EFFECTS PROBLEM:
HEIII PLEASE HELP MEEE, my masking tool doesn't work, overtime I apply a mask it doest delete the background but it says ''add'' on the mask, it's like the mask is on top of the layer, so I can't do any cool effects for my edits. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING, I did click on the layers before applying the mask btw.

  3. Hi Guys,
First, congrats by the outstanding job done on your channel.
    Just a Question.
At 8:20 you show how to adjust the brush size and hardness.
I've noticed that in your tutorial a preview is shown in the center of brush, but not in my case. The brush still totally white and i cannot see the hardness and size (dispite the black circle).
What I'm doing wrong? Or it is the new feature of 2018 version (i'm using 2017).

  4. Hi Tobias
I should say thank you because of the time and energy that you put on creating These stunning tutorials and ideas.
I'm following your Youtube page couple of years and as your fan page, I would like to suggest you that Please concentrate on creating VFX tutorials!!
Creating Absolute Beginners tutorial of some graphic softwares is just good for fresh users, and Youtube is full of this type of tutorials.
It's not good for more experienced Artist and even the Surfaced Studio itself.
I think, it's better for viewers to learn Blender, Photoshop or even Houdini in some specific VFX Project, like the tutorials of Andrew Kramer or Ryan Connolly.
    Thanks

  5. It's just harder to say I drawed this without saying I coreldrawed this. Compared to photoshop as a word, but in the beginning I despise Photoshop because it was so hard to use and I still don't think it's the easiest. There are plenty of apps that I can whiz through without even knowing it vs. Photoshop where I need a huge book to just get started.

  6. 8:29 – When I hold down the option key, the icon turns into the dropper tool, as it does for you… but when I right click, it brings up a menu for selecting brush hardness and size. I am using a Mac and I have the latest software.
