  1. thank god for your wondeful tutorials man… they're straightforward and very accurate.. i use blender and zbrush in my workflow, however, i'd like to add another industry-standard in my database 🙂  keep it up!

  2. On 4:56 when I double click on edges, it only selects one edge. At first try, it selected all edges and I completed the tower. But when I tried to model the tower again, it just does not select all edges. Is there any solution to this problem? I am using Maya 2015.

  3. why do my shapes get highlighted in yellow/orange/red and not light blue like normal, i also can seem to double click the edge to select all the edges in the loop, when i select and edge it selects all the ones around it aswell and makes them go yellow/orange/red.

  4. Thanks for the tutorial! A quick question, at 4:16 you change to the Drag selection, with Camera Based Paint Selection checkmarked. In my setup I cannot select the faces using the Drag selection unless the Camera Based Paint Selection is toggled off. Is there something else in the setup that might be preventing me from selecting as you have in the video? Thanks!

  5. Hi…thanks for the great video…one problem though…I do not have a mouse right now for my mac….so when u said at 19:04 to press insert, hold down 'x' and use your middle mouse to click, I ran into some serious problems for the rotation…How can I resolve that for now…thanksssss

  6. wow man thanks you i am coming from C4D and i learned all the basic 3d stuff and with this litte knowledge this program is sooo useful i mean the modeling is another universe thank you for explaining it to some little beginner greetings from Germany

  7. If all your videos are this well explained, I am totally subscribing :D. I love how you tell us how to perform even the simplest action (like how to duplicate an object, etc). Many tutorials ignore this and it's very frustrating for beginners. I can't wait to watch your other videos. Thank you VERY much.

  8. on your keyboard. You should have a key called insert. I don't know if mac computers have it, but if they don't then just google for the equivalent of the insert key.

  9. solved… easier as check the box "keep faces together" on edit mesh menu, i readed it on your reply to another user, i'll keep the message because if someone's having the same trouble maybe he/she'll read it.
