How to create a Building with the help of Python. This is not a step by step Tutorial and not really for beginners, so please don’t dislike if you can’t follow. It should just give you an Idea how helpful the use of Python can be when it comes to modeling inside of Maya. This video shows the full process of creating the Building you see in the beginning – just not in real time. I Hope it is informative.

This is very successful and time efficient TUTORIAL, it is built in an intelligent creative Maya mind, and only understood by professional in the architecture market engineers, even the music is intelligent.
why make it so fast
the music is so annoying
its nice and all but you could have done it within a minute all in all after having your first segment without a single line of code.
Good! but and the door? XD
thanks! you really help me 🙂
Amazing Tutorial)))
Thank you, I wish there were more tutorials like this for modeling.
good tutorial
I like it but it still seems so difficult. however Im a student in the field so I would love to understand python, because of what I just saw. Thats amazing.
start at the part of rotation, mine doesn't stick on the corner edge, it gives this gap in between. sorry for my english.
Thank you very mutch
i need python code >>please
goes too fast, no narration
thank you very much
very very awesome!!!!
great !
Wow just awesome! I realized I need to brush up on my python skills.
awesome….awesome…
that's awesome man! thanks a lot for sharing….But the building has nooo door!! jajaja
This is not the true way to make a tutorial.
pretty cool but why not just use duplicate special for the facades like you did with the bricks?
Python def. does seem like it can be super useful, esp for selection patterns, say for a edge loop or ring, select 3 faces skip 2 faces elect 2 faces skip 1 face (then repeat the pattern) if you have a 100 face ring, it could save you an insane amount of time.
Can you send me the project file??
many thanks 🙂 like it
Could you copy the code somewhere please as i have made some mistake but cant find it
