hey, I need some help. I am rigging a car right now and the side window glass is little bit tilted and the axis rotation for the move tool is not as it should be its straight and the window is tilted as I said, now I want to open the window with move tool but due to its orientation it not not going how it is supposed to be. and I have tried to change the axis rotation in move tool settings and also by pressing 'D' to change its pivot rotation both did't work. Please tell me what I am doing wrong or what should I do.

The method looks good, but the volume of the body part has to get squash and stretch. that is major part of rig functionality we required in the ball.

I'm just having one problem here, Once u get that strange effect when u move the master and u go on outline to move the files on the right place, after doing the same placements, when i move the "Master_Ctl" the ball stays there and only the controls move where i want. To move the ball and the controls i must select the latice box and the Master at the same time :/ any fix for it?

I observe one problem in this method is that although you can squash sphere from both the sides it doesn't affect its mass from center which supposed to expand once we start squashing. So kindly rectify this mistake.I really like the approach of rigging. Thanks.
