I love the idea of 3d animation and always have; however I am not an artist, I can't draw. Will this flaw stop me from creating 3d animations in a studio for a job?

As an old man who was nervous about learning something completely new, I wanted to thank you for a great intro and just glancing through your tutorials I suspect I will be here for a long time watching and experimenting.
