How do you get that blender User Interface layout on 1:00 (or pretty much the whole video)
I want to have a nice clean Interface similar to Lightwave (as I'm no longer going to see the light and head back to the side of 3d monkey-heads)
I made an honest try out 2 years ago because i am fed up of Autogreed subscription scam but i have to admit i ran back to 3ds max and never give it a second thought. The perspective view is also wrong in Blender and even trying to match 3ds max perspective view in Blender setting did not solved the distortion. No precision tool make it very difficult to model thing accurately. Finally even with the new interface it was not enough to be at ease finding thing. Blender is an amazing tool but if you come from another big package you will probably miss your convenient tools.
Blender is very promising, but his UI is not intuitive. Blеnder thanks to a large community and Open Source can become more popular than Maya in 3dsmax. But now Blender is more focused on GAMES.
I was confused as to where I was supposed to go to get BoolTool 03, because there wasn't a link to download at blenderartists, until I read further and found out it was already included in the official release.
That bool tool was majestic…
