hey guys, heres the speed model of the aventador ive been working on atm, once again ive been rendering out in luxredner, which although it takes forever, has the capability of producing some really beautiful renders. This one took me probably round 11 hours on and off, maybe a little more, and all up rendering time was 280 hours for 140 frames. the images seen in this video have been passed through a noise reduction algorithm, and hence the lines may not appear to be as sharp as they are irl, but hopefully as i work with lux more ill become more accustomed to how to make it perform better. Cheers for watching, hope youe enjoyed:D

  1. Can someone please link me to that blueprint? I am looking for a final project for Digital Modeling class and I really want this to be it. The only problem is I can't seem to find any decent blueprints for a lambo. Thanks.

  2. what happened between 1:17 and 1:21 ? You had a hood being modeled, and it looked like you opened an existing file with the chassis and hood already modeled and just started detailing the vents on the chassis?

  3. Great model, could be better with more work. The material kind of fucks it over tho, but that's an easy fix I guess. However, this is a "speed modeling" video, not a "import part and keep working" video. The fact that you imported a part in the video totaly ruined it. It's not fun looking at stuff being imported into another model, atleast not for me. I'm here to see how I can improve my modeling and still seeing something amazing being done in the background. Tutorials are mostly just lame, specialy all car tutorials as either the one who makes them makes them in 100 parts and speak super slow, or they just put 2 boxes ontop of eachother and throw some wheels on it. Great model, material is okay, the video itself is kinda meh.

No hate intended, don't want to sound like a douche, just giving feedback.
