  1. what a video, to a beginner like me this video is both a gem and a bane, firstly the level of skill and speed you perform this is insanely intimidating, but the scenes of how you construct shapes is immensely enlightening.. this is the defacto video i watch and listen to while i model in blender. and each time i glisten a gem of wisdom from this video, it pleases me no end. the mech is also exactly the design and style im trying to mimic. over all great video , but ive been watching this on a daily basis for the last 2 months. and im still learn from it.

  2. Great stuff! I´m learning alot! So many questions though. How do I boxselect so that the only thing getting rendered is what´s inside the box? For me everything get´s rendered every time.

  3. You're not kit bashing at all here. This is just modeling an object from scratch. It looks good mind you, but kit bashing is where you mash together a selection of pre-modeled objects to make a new one. Was trying to find an example to show a friend the concept… this is not it 😛
