  1. I was trying this tutorial again. I tried it a long time ago and could not get it to work to make different color planks. This time it worked! On Blender 2.8 on the material
    1. Add an Attribute node and name it Col otherwise it will not work. (if you cannot find it search for Attribute ). Again on the Nam field name it Col
    2. Add a ColorRamp.
    3. Connect the nodes. Attribute node Fac connect to ColorRamp Fac. ColorRamp Color connect to your Base Color on the Pricipled BSDF

    This Addon is built on Blender 2.8 all you have to do is activate it. Thank you to the people that made this Addon and thanks for this tutotial 🙂

  2. I installed the Floor Generator add-on and started to follow your tutorial, but the add-on I have installed is missing the Solidify, Floor Generator, and Edge Split modifiers. The only modifier showing is Bevel. Please assist me in correcting this so that I can complete the tutorial.
