you fucking beautiful god you! WHOLLY GOD! 3 hours of working and searching and you had the answer! I was missing the QT the entire time! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU FIR THIS!
One million likes for You. I love You!!! I've been looking for a way to use an overlay movie texture in the Blender Game Engine and I had no clue about the Quicktime option with the QT Animation. I've been looking for a way to fix this day and night. Thank you, thank you and thank you!
My problem with running h.264 as the format, is that it won't work with HItfilm 4. I heard you can do it in avi.jpeg as well. Is this true? I am trying to use a render as a watermark for my videos, and I use HF4 to do my editing etc.
brief and bright — so fresh!! I realized that I loved this tutorial as early as during the intro 🙂 and by 2:32 I've already learned how to… I've seen pretty many tutorials already, and this one I think is really remarkable — thanks!!
hey so, I did some research before I landed here and from in other sources I read that it only works on osx that way and I now saw that you're using windows but on my pc, I don't have the quicktime encoding option, like the others said. did you adjust anything to make that work?
thanks a lot buddy! its a weird story but i actually am trying to learn how to put snoop dog into an alpha channel on top of videos for a mlg video and this worked! lol
Thank you. This solved a problem for me since the render farm I am using appears not to support image sequence textures, and I wasn't aware you could use transparency in an actual video, much less how to do it.

Thank you so much!
Is there a reason for not using the 'video editor' in Blender?
