In this video, I will show you many useful tools to get started in modeling the Me163. I chose this WWII rocket plane as I find that it is a relatively easy modeling subject that beginners can try their hands on.

You can use these images for your modeling reference.

  1. Thank-you very much for your videos. They are well planned and thorough. Much appreciate it, these are exactly what I was looking for. I wish I could go to your place of work and give you a hug. ( ps I am not gay…not that there is anything wrong with that) Cheers.

  2. TY so Much Weel Meister Flash. I have been drawing on Blender for about 3 years now, and I find this tutorial invaluable. I send anyone who is just starting here. I am modeling ships, Star Trek ships, and Airplanes for War Thunder in blender. I need to get more edged up on UV mapping, and texturing but I am having fun. I just made My 19th tutorial on how to make a plane to put into the War Thunder editor. TY again.

  3. TY I haven't modeled for a while in Blender. I have about half of a ship done that I have worked on for a few months. I am re brushing up, I consider my self at mid status, and I find it interesting that I catch new things that I missed in some of the videos. RekT try some of the other basic tutorials, cause sometimes 1 is just to hard to learn stuff with. I still get stuck, and or messed up. but if you do exatly as they do, and pause the Youtube and take it one step at a time You can learn. Sometimes they go to fast and I have to watch it a few times to get some of the commands. There are tutorials on how to make a basic house, and some things like that. Do those first before You dive end to the deeper ends. This tutorial is ok for an advanced beginner in that it already assumes You know the basics of using Blender. It is only basic in the modeling sense, not the program operation sense. Make the House with the windows and doors and roof, and I think there are about 12 blender beginers tutorials on how to learn Blender, not 3D models of cars and aircraft. and don't watch the time lapse ones until you know what they are doing unless You like the entertainment value of them. They will mess up Your head.

  4. I got pictures, 'references' ,right, and then i just couldn't continue, the camera was weird, the cylinder was hard to match the reference model because it was kinda 3d. Too fucking hard for me, i really wanted to learn this, oh well :/

  5. Out standing, I especially like the fact that there is the onscreen hint of what mouse and keyboard function is also being done. There are so many of these tutorials, but they are almost impossible to follow as you have no idea what hidden keystrokes are happening.
