In this Blender tutorial about shape keys I show you by a simple example on how to use this feature.

  1. If you have the value at half way, is there a way to take the shape key off and the object stay at the halfway point? The reason that I am asking is because I did this, and I want to joint multiple objects but when I do they all revert back to the way they were at 0 value.

  2. I’ve been trying to export a keyframe animation to UE4 using a bone driver for a shape key, and I can’t get the animation to export successfully no matter what I do. It’s as though the driver modification to the shape key had no effect once I import into UE4. I believe I have tried 50 combinations of options selected. I’d like to import an animation from Blender rather than morphing using UE4 if I can, any tips would be appreciated!

  3. Hey! Love your uploads. Can you help me with an animation which has multiple .obj meshes, of the same fluid sequence at increasing time intervals. which I have imported from a different simulator. I am having a hard time to figure out the best way to make a sequential animation which i can use in Unreal Engine 4. I dabbled with shape keys and some other scripts but it didn't work out. I will really appreciate any help. i'm very new to blender. Thankyou!
