Older version of netfabb basic is available at https://github.com/3DprintFIT/netfabb-basic-download/releases . Boo on Autodesk for dropping mac and linux support.
i give this video 9.5 out of 10 !
thank you men
Perfect for a novice/beginner! This was a perfect tutorial, I'm also new to drawing in 3D for printing it and wanted to see if I can use Blender to do this. I also want to draw 1:1 copies of real world objects, not toys or models (as other videos demonstrate).
When you showed what you wanted to draw, I thought it was going to be a extremely complicated drawing, but the way you took it step by step, illustrated how to analyse the object and translate it to simple lines and faces. There can be easier ways of doing this, but since you used the most basic steps, they can translate to any other object, where shortcuts normally work well in one scenario and completely fail in another. Thx!
you lame dude im only because im stuck in this class were only i can look up tutorial's on things and im finna change my schedule but thank u for running my time down with this 30 min video thank u bye.
I have a Prusa i3 RepRap open frame printer. I sliced my model using Simplify 3D with a layer height of 0.1mm. Print output is fine but there are continuous ripples on my part. How do I fix this?
Thanks Mad's – I always learn something watching your ecTech vids. I really appricate all the work you must put in. You cover a wide range. The last one I watched was on the 40 watt laser engraver. Keep up the great work!
I find the modeling with the "Intersect Boolean" (Ctrl + F) goes much faster. Give it to the version 2.77 – Straight with holes or cut out of objects. Only use the Triangulate Modifier before exporting. This gives a better result when slicing.
can I use blender to disign and print measurements accurate models? I'm doing some kind of robot to assemble gunpla style, but bigger.
give a link of netfabb sowftwaer and second sowftware
at what point did you actually tell the computer the actual size in mm, inches, etc that you wanted the model to be?
trying to learn blender for 3d printing. I know sketch up already. In the example here, using sketch up, it can be done much much faster. getting disappointed now. let me know if I am wrong .
Great video, thanks for sharing!
no thats Johnny Deep
At 0:10 or sometime sooner I expected a "Nah I'm just messing with you guys! 😀 I don't talk like that Har har har!" and then you'd talk as if you'd talk to a friend or something. Instead I feel like a teacher or principle of a school or someone else you rather not talk to. ._.
no but on the serious note you're fuking awesome. thanks for making this video. Easy to watch and pay attention to!
