  1. This was the first Blender tutorial I saw, and I had no idea what he was doing. He would use hotkeys and not explain them which I don't think is very professional, expecting people to know most of the hotkeys. Also, if I came off as a snob in the comments, pardon me, I wasn't trying to be like that.

  2. If every tutorial started with how to import a mesh into the scene hours would go wasted. There are enough tuts online that DO show you how to place normal objects. Watch that and come back. Simple isn't it?

You people should stop complaining and rather put some effort into trying to learn.

  3. Hey guys! there seems to be a lot of confusion! If you are working with Blender 2.5x + then you should really watch a tutorial that cvers those releases- I'm working on a few tutorial-series that cover this part. I go over all the basics quite thoroughly.

Check out my channel if you're interested.

  4. Can someone please tell me how to delete old blender projects?
I'm using 2.49 and when i select 'Open' from the file menu and select the project and hit delete, it doesnt do anything. what am i doing wrong?

  5. Summit traxxas knows because you control your mouse with your right hand, and is you watch a vid, youll (almost automatically) support (i dont know how you call that in english) your head. And you dont use your left hand.. so.
Its the same as saying "Thumbs up if your tapping your foot" at a music video…

  6. You seriously need to explain more. How do you "go to front"? You cant just click where you did because then it moves the center then once I move the center, I move to move the sphere, move the center to the center, then put the sphere back because I DONT KNOW HOW TO FUCKING MOVE THE CENTER WITHOUT MOVING THE SPHERE

  7. I will throw myself into Blender learning soon and first I need to stuff my head with modeling routines like this, mugs, forks, ants etc. to get a grasp of standard and desirable workflows as I'm completely unfamiliar with 3D graphics. It's kind of how you have to learn layers before learning GIMP and learn how vector graphics works before you learn Inkscape.
