  1. Wooow! this was killer! I sweat like crazy and I cursed a little bit during all this leg workout haha, but I loved it!! I'm 17 weeks pregnant and I really enjoyed doing this, challenging but still safety 🙂

  2. I am not shure few exercises for woman in pregnancy like lifting hands and exercises for a stomach. Is it safety? I tried to do this program today and I get this doubt. Aparently I liked very much this exercises program.

  3. Many thanks for this amazing workout! It was really hard to find a good prenatal workout that's in one hand safe and on the other hand challenging enough, but this one meets both criteria 🙂

  4. Thank you! Amazing video! I did a lot of barre before getting pregnant, then I had a challenging first trimester where I didn't work out at all. Now, almost 34 weeks and enjoyed it so much! It is challenging but fit for a pregnant girl. Enjoy

  5. Great workout! When my doctor told me at twenty weeks that insanity workouts weren't really a good idea anymore I was really worried I wouldn't find anything challenging, but now I did :-). Found this video last week at 26 weeks and have done it 3 times so far, alternating it with swimming laps in the pool, I feel great. Thank you so much for sharing this!

  6. This is absolutely wonderful. Really gave me a good workout, and I've been doing many prenatal videos on YouTube throughout my pregnancy so far. Am currently at 27 weeks. This is for me, at present, the most thorough workout I've come across. Will def be doing this regularly. Thank you!

  7. I am really interested maybe you have a some workout after delivery, to get back body after baby? One of my plan after 6 weeks when the baby would be born is start to run plus use some of your videos.Hope the baby gonna let me 😉

  8. This is something amazing, almost 36 weeks here and I can still do this, start to work out from 15 weeks, but this video start to do about 25 weeks. Now it's more challenging for me, because of weight gain and it's hard to breathe, but still motivate myself with that – labour gonna be much easier this time I hope so 🙂 with first one I gain about 65 pounds this time so far about 25/26, so much better and I start this time 22pounds lighter. Yes ofcourse it's hard because of the weight, but my but and legs and arms looks much better now.Thank you for this great workout 🙂 I hope to do this till my delivery day 🙂

  9. I found this video last week, and couldn't be happier with the workout! Its hard to find a prenatal that actually works your legs hard, and this video is it! I've tried some of your others, and loved them as well 🙂 Thank you so much for sharing these amazing workouts, you've helped keep me inspired and interested in working out while being pregnant, I look forward to the 'burns' ^_^

  10. Hi! I am 32 weeks pregnant and have been doing this workout since 13 weeks pregnant. My thighs are so much thinner this time around, and I have had no back pain or shoulder pain this time, either (and my pelvic floor is stronger…as in, fewer bladder leaks)! The last few weeks, I can't make it through the whole workout at once without having too many Braxton-Hicks, so I do 25 min one day, the next 25 the next day, and then take a rest day. This week my balance was a bit off, so I finally got some yoga socks with gripped bottoms and that has really been nice. Everybody says that I have great flexibility for being so pregnant! But most of all, I feel great strong and beautiful and prepared for birth.
