  1. You do an excellent job of explaining things. I learn something new everytime I watch your videos. I have a request for a video, I hope you can find time to do it. What I'd like to know how to do is create a mesh preset. Currently there are two for cubes, a cube that each face of the cube can be replaced with a new texture and the cube wrap where all sides/faces of the cube are the same.

Is there any way that you could do a 3d tutorial on how to build a mesh preset of a different shape that has changeable faces such as in the cube preset, not the cube wrap. Something like a pentagon or hexagon so that when it's rotated on a video timeline each face can have a different photo as the material.

I've been able to create a dodecahedron file in blender then export it as a .dae file and use it in photoshop. But, I can't, (don't know how), to edit it so that it has the option in photoshop to change the material for each side through the diffuse.

If you can do a video like that it would be awesome! Thank you!

  2. Great stuff Jesus. Is it possible to create the 3D text without a background, as its own object, and then Export it
in a 3D format, e.g., .obj, .stl, .dae, or other, for use in 3D apps?
