Hi ! This tutorial is great! Yet, I've been trying to do it with a couple of images and I can't get the 4 colors when applying the hard mix blend mode and moving around with the color selector. Do you have any idea what I'm I doing wrong?? I've been following the tutorial step by step several times now… please help!

Even when trying to replicate this with the exact image he used, the Solid Color Layer + Hard Mix comes out much darker with less detail. Would anyone have any insight to why this is happening? Her left sleeve is pretty much completely black, even when using the same color values as well.
