or use a resin printer… not all 3d printers are flm and have this problem
You can export a selected object. A lot easier.
Cura will split the objects for you!

Correct me if im wrong but .stl stands for surface tesselation language. stereolitography is a 3d printing procedure and has nothing to do with .stl files.
It would be much easier to tune your Cura profile. Not sure how bad your prints were printing multiple parts at a time, but it's very possible to do so without any stringing or blobbing were the head moves from one part to another.
