Life is Strange is a five-part, episodic game based on choice and consequence. You can rewind time and effect the past, present, and future. It is now confirmed to be coming to Linux, though the Mac version will be released first. Read more here.

Salt and Sanctuary
Salt and Sanctuary is a haunting, stylized 2D action role playing game is being ported by Ethan Lee and it’s now in Beta for Linux. You’ll need to enter a password to access the game, but it is available to everyone. You can get it here. Here’s what Gaming on Linux has to say about the game:
The reviews are really positive and the style of it is really quite fantastic, might have to fork out for it myself.
Defect is a spaceship building game. It lets you build awesome spaceships to fight enemies. The ships you build get stolen all the time and there are chances you’ll have to face your own ship in the next battle. Here’s what Gaming on Linux has to say about the game:
It’s in Early Access, so they are still adding things. Expect bugs and incomplete features. Really though, I think it’s well worth a purchase. I do hope they add an online battle mode where you each design a ship. It’s begging for it.
