I've completed five of the dozen or more projects and have already learned a great deal.
Although the techniques clearly lend themselves to producing best results under studio light, I've been able to produce good results from images taken outdoors by following the techniques. I just need to be more patient fixing the mask – which it shows how to do. I've also started thinking differently when I have my camera with me.
