  1. First learn the fundamentals and build some custom stuff. Then and only then ABUSE bootstrap for only 1 thing, smacking down sites/webapps for clients/friends you don't really want to spend hours working for, just use it so you can copy paste in a few hours since they have no clue anyways! Other then that there is not really any reason to use bootstrap. You don't really need to be a developer if your a copy/paste meistro. Hell 95% of the developers are copy/paste from stack overflow meistro's
