b- soft selection
shift + . – grow selection

f – fit to selection

ctrl + delete – deletes an edge loop
1 – standard mode
2- subdivision mode with cage

  1. Try TrimSmoothBorder brush (, -> Brush, -> Trim) + square alpha. For me, this became the main brush for modeling stones. As for the references, I looked a lot and came to the conclusion that it is impossible to draw a non-realistic stone, because the fold creates such miracles that if I had not seen the photo, I would not have believed that such stones could exist)
