  1. I can't for the life of me get my Macbook Pro to render this, I'm using the mid 2015 15" inch Macbook Pro running on an intel i7 processor and 16GB of RAM. seriously I think the particles are just too much for it. oh and if any fanboys are reading this…I seriously don't care, alright? unless you're going to post me a free computer with stupidly high specs I'm not interested in why you think Macs suck

  2. Fun!  My first Blender project.  🙂    I'm having an issue with Weight Paint, though.  Reference your video at 23:00.   Your view shows the main towel red and the non-fuzzy bands dark blue.  When I try the same thing, I get the main towel red (same as you), but the non-fuzzy bands variable color.  The inner 50% is dark blue, but then the color is green for about another 40%, and the very outer parts (10%) are yellow.  Can anyone help me understand/fix why mine aren't entirely blue like in the tutorial?   (I tried the same steps in another project with a towel and the same results.  But I tried them again with a plain plane and in that, the weight paint shows all uniform dark blue in the strips I've tried to exclude.)  Thanks.

  3. I know this is an old video, but any help? I've tried rendering with my CPU (6700k) and GPU (750ti) and tried changing the thread amount and a whole bunch of other stuff in blender render settings, but it always says 1 hour and gets stuck on 0% done. I can render other scenes I make but this one will not. I also only have 8 gigs of ram but that can't be the problem can it ?
