Not sure why, but when I rotate the fingers, they no longer orient down the joints after. Also if you mirror the hands to the other side, they come out at all crazy angles?I know the spine resets to an average position because it calculates where those joints should be relative to the last spine joint and the hips. The fingers though, they seem to have some crazy bugs atm in 2018?
I have this issue where when Animate the idle pose, I want my character to move up and down, but when I take the root ctrl curve, it does not move the model up and down as it would if I grab the actual joint. And I cannot key the joint. I can only rotate the model using the root curve but it is parented to the jnt not constrained. Plz help.
Thx for the process… but it's funny how none of these human ik tutorials talk about how impossible these rigs are to animate, worthless rig. Autodesk should revamp this system while consulting an actual character rig artist. This current thing (2017 maybe 2018) is impractical garbage. Better off paying someone to rig your char.
