Why changeText variable could be used twice? Would the second declaration replace the first one?

I learnt HTML really hard at the beginning. Though I was proud of my hard work. Then, I did css. It was the most simple thing I ever coded and did ever. I loved your tutorials and how simple and good they were (I still do love your channel now don't worry) and then… I had Javascript. I was puzzled. I didn't like Javascript… Until… I found your javascript tutorial. Simple. Nice and easy and step by step. Thanks for getting me so far… And also I'm 9 and I love coding πŸ™‚ Thanks for helping me.
