little complicate
set up your render settings
-go to common tab
-image format-jpeg
-frame/animationext-name.hash.ext
-now set your no. of frames in frame rage
-set the camera
-size of image
now all set
go the rendering in the drop down menu under file and select render and the batch render.
see the script editor- when it says finish go to the image folder in your project folder the render image sequence. use after effects or simply quick time pro to play the sequence and save it as a avi file

Thank youuuuu!!!!
Do you know how to put a maya project into a video codec???
That was ok for a beginner but my good all that time to explain, and u only give 24 frames to "show" the animation. Next time! should u choose to make a new one" add more frames to see the full effect. You have the talent now use it good!! 🙂
