For some reason, the spot healing doesn’t work when I’m using it on the New Layer. Nothing happens when I using it. If I highlight the Background Layer and use the Spot Healing tool, it make a the bed rail disappear. In the video, you’re on the New Layer. Why is this? Thanks

Thanks SO much for this series! I started with PaintShop, the "economy" version of Photoshop. It offers almost anything Photoshop has to offer but searching for help topics has become a burden. Especially when everyone I know uses Photoshop.
