  1. There is another grass plugin called "Grass free". As the name suggests it's free and has quite a few species of grass. It is more convenient than grass essentials just as much as grass essentials is more convenient than grass free. Basically you'll spend a few more hours on tweaking the particles and save 400 odd bucks

This whole time, I was wondering what you were rendering on… just put a 1080 in my machine and my renderings were taking up to a minute or so… then at 24:33 I see you change your samples from 10 to 50… I check my samples and see they've been at 128 this whole time. Sigh. Great tutorials though. Having so much fun learning this program!
