  1. im having trouble with set driven keys and rotation. I have teeth that move up and down but when I rotate my head (with the teeth) the key seems like its set to a global axis instead of local. how do i fix this

  2. click on your driven object right click the stats you keyd and "break connections". or open on the hypergraph click the "inputs & outputs connections" button and delete the aimcurve flowing from the driver with the proper state connection.

  3. Does your control have rotational values before you orient? if you do not freeze the transformations that would cause problems. (modify -> freeze transformations) also you might want to delete any history for good measure. (edit -> delete by type -> history) The joint is inheriting the rotation values from the control. if the control has no values, problem should be solved. optionally you could use the maintain offset in the orient constraint options. Hope that helps.

  4. A few pictures would help if you can provide them via image bucket or something. Just reply with the link to them. I would need a screen capture of the objects and the setkey window in the initial key with the driver selected, another capture of an in-between state with the driver selected, and the end key with the driver selected. I am assuming you are only setting two keys. A start and end position between two objects. and you are trying to set a driver's rotate to drive a driven translate?
