Nice and thank you :d
Thanks for sharing!

I made like a room and I created some beds, I put the beds inside the room and cant click on my beds anymore? whenever I click on it, it gave control to my room, whys that? im a maya noob
Very helpful. Thank you so much!
Every beginner should watch this, I would have saved so much time if i did so
how to on it
what is 3d mouse
how r u rotating screen to top view bottom view side view
O_o the 7 key really helped me out. I vaguely had a memory of being able to do it but i forgot and been annoyed about starting a render every time to see where the light was.
1:50 how about the b for background lol
But the light used in number 6 is a point light. Aiming it or turning it at all makes no difference, you can see in the video.
I don't use Maya that much anymore but these that you call "tips and tricks" are the basics of maya…
For the vertex thing on the cube, how do you make sure the vertex is displayed, mine does not change to show the points.
mike you are the only youtuber that deserves to put ads on your videos. they won't bother me. you pretty much deserve it. idk if you have them. if you dont, you can contact me anytime if you need help with that. Man I can't thank you enough for your videos. keep on.
if we have both maya and blender, which one is better maya or blender
How do I stop the smooth preview?
Thanks for this tips Sir,I want to know how to mirror a polygon object like the 3ds max command.
super cool! thanx!
You doing great work.. And video was also great!!!
But that was too basic video.. I already known every single point that you said!!
Hey Mike, I'm trying to start earning some money by selling my work online. I watched your videos on the topic. What website do you think is the best? And how do I export MIA_MATERIAL_X into an FBX? I tried and it didn't work. Please help!
Awesome Mike, i love than you are so calm and take it nice and easy so everybody can follow you without have to pause and play every 10sec. Best Maya Channel on YT. and the picture of you in the last wow you look like someone i dont want to piss off 🙂
Although I use Blender (freedom but freelance), and limited forays into Maya (proprietary but jobs), I really appreciate Mike's videos, and much of what he covers is applicable to any 3D modelling program.
Thanks for your tutorials, keep up the good work.
Thanks for the vid Mike! Great to have a channel for beginners and intermediate.
Maybe you can help me out with one of my current struggles. I try to rebuild an old saxony "Umgebindehaus" (no eng. word for it ;D). My biggest problem are the arches made of wooden blanks. I simply can not find a good and clean way to model them. Any tips?

Hey, do you use your wacom for Maya? and thanks for the videos. 😊
This is a very informative video. thank you very much Mike!
Personally i just use the channel editer and keep the different ellements on differet layers, making them visable when i need them.
Thx Mike didn't knew about the T and J, there are so many in maya but always great to pick up some extras.
Great video even for people who have used maya for a while it can be so easy to forget all of the little tricks that speed up your workflow! Thanks man- your videos are always great!
For #10, it is sometimes very helpful to use the isolate mode in combination with a toggle script. http://nerd.paololazatin.com/toggle-isolate-selected-in-maya/
Like how the game, Jet Set Radio's texture looks.
What's the difference between CP, EP and Bezier curve tools ?
Thnx didnt knew about 6 and 9
What was number 7 called? Like if I wanted to find out what it was called what would I look for in the drop downs?
Was very helpful! Thanks for sharing what you know. 🙂
really nice and very helpful
Hey Mike do you think you can do a video on how to give a scene a Cel Shaded look for video games please?
Nice tutorials keep up
Just would like to add that when moving the pivot; by holding 'D', you can also snap to vertex (also hold 'V') or grid (hold 'X'), that way you can place it precisely where you wish to put it.
Thanks for the tips though, there was a few that I did not know and shall come in handy.
I love that you use these tricks in your video, we learn it.
That awesome feeling when you know all of these just from watching Mikes videos! Thanks Mike.
