Use Debian Linux. It comes with Mysql/MariaDB that can be installed for free.
I suggest installing MySQL Workbench!

Didn't you say MySQL is free in the last video. Why don't you use that one?
Download XAMPP .
INSTALL it and open xampp control panel icon from desktop or whatever .
Open config button on top right corner , enable Apache and MySQL , Hit save .
Hit Start button for Apache and MySQL , (ensure you get a green TICK instead of RED 'X').
Hit admin button of MySQL module , Click Databases tab ,type a name , click create.
