Please help me with a project in a sql program. I have project for school, where the front end is visual studio, and the back end is SQL. Theres a data grid view, and i have to add a date time picker. The members in the grid have dates they joined the company, i have to put a code, showing who joined before or on 6/1/2005. Help me with the code, but also the code in the date time picker. But you have to use a query parameterized.

    Help!!!

    Hiya Caleb,
first off, thanks a whole lot for what you're doing. Much appreciated.
I Completed a MCTS (MSQL Server Implementation and Maintenance) 70-432 course 4 months ago, but due to personal reasons, had to put it all on the back-burner. Now i'm back at it and wonder how to go about getting ready for the certification exam.
Any recommendations would be a god-send.
    And again,
    eternal gratitude.
    Justin.
