This is just a 'watch me draw' video. No use if you want to learn technique. Also, the presenter gives poor and misleading information by saying '…using CMYK because it's printable…' – Anything you create on the screen is printable. Colour made CMYK works by subtracting primary colours to make other colours. RGB mode uses an addictive method. This is nothing to do with printing.
