I mistakenly bought this app instead of Adobe Photoshop CC. It's the most bullshit app I've ever seen. I bought it for $130 and I can't get a refund. Nobody should ever buy this app. The biggest waste of money.

Is there a way to just draw pictures? The only options I've been able to see in my version so far has to do with editing photographs, but… I'd just like to illustrate the way I did with PSE 8. I don't care for editing photographs (though I understand that's what Photoshop's primary purpose is)

I have Photoshop Elements 14 and CyberLink PowerDirector 14 Ultra to make my videos. I previously have used Corel VideoStudio Pro X4 with Photoshop.
