  1. In essence, a nice tutorial with a pretty outcome. There's only one thing you could have done better: Instead of painting the outer contour of the water inside the orange peel to fit on the layer mask, you should have put the water layer under the peel layer and then used the peel ([Ctrl] + click on peel's layer icon to load it as a selection) as a "stamp" template to cut out a precise outer layer of the water. You don't even have to be very precise with that step, just stay within the peels "thickness" and let the peel's foreground position do the absolutely precise masking of the water. 😉
