  1. Do you have a video to explain your additional work on that texture? I'm particularly interested in what you did for color palette (not sure if you were going off a source image & color picker or not) and even brushes and paint modes. Thanks!

  2. Wow this helped a LOT! I know nothing about Blender, and modeled my thing in F360. Blender made it a bit more complex than it needed it to be but I managed to texture my pic. It's more a joke model for sfm to be used as a pose ref but I wanted to learn to texture, and also sfm requires a texture lol

  3. grant abbit how can you put the faces of the 3d model manually into the uv map? Is because i made 2 mistakes on mine. I was making a shield and when i finished i started colouring it. After that i realised i forgot the grips and something on the side of it… so i edited it to make just that and used the mirror modifier to help and now only half of the faces appear on the uv map and because i added stuff to it if i do the smart uv project it doesent work well so i want to put those faces into its places on the uv map manually. If you need more info i can try to make a video for you to see.

  4. it works but when i paint the places that have more polygons more than 6 it does not work 🙁 if you want to know what i'm making i'm making a crowbar. if you know whats going on please tell me

  5. With such quick and easy tutorials I really hate myself for still being so behind when I could have been done with an entire game already. And even more talented and skilled people also waste their talents and skills on nothing, or just doing something small and nothing big in their spare time. Imagine how many Rayman 2 or Ratchet & Clank level of games we could have right now if people who could would instead of maybe if somebody wants a glimpse

  6. Why are my strokes so pixalated when i draw on my object?! How can i increse the layersize? I read something about texel density but i cant size the uv maps up anymore or it goes over the uv space. I already use 2048×2048 texture resolution but it doesnt matter…help!
