Ingredients

Half a cup of lemon juice;
4 carrots;
1 2 cm piece of ginger root;
3 apples.

Instructions

Peel, cut, and wash all the ingredients.
Once that is done, blend them all together until you have an even mixture.

  1. Tried it! Felt very energetic all day after drinking it. I added some oranges though. I think next time I'll add some more assorted fruits and maybe some flax. Very yummy! Thanks for everything!

  2. not bad…but along with those ingredients, I add aloe, apple cider vinegar, papaya, assorted frozen berries, banana, honey & protein powder for a delicious healthy smoothie
