  1. Wonderful tutorial thank you!
I only have one doubt, if I already have a model (.obj) can I export ir to de trackers, instead of modeling again? if yes… how can I make the object follow the trackers?

  2. I see how he opens it and doesnt have to adjust options or anything ? most other tutorials on this same topic there is always something you have to adjust. It would seem mine is only importing the track markers onto the ground plane and and the footage will only stay at first frame even when i tick image sequence on the camera panel

  3. Hi.. thanks for the tutorial. I exported the track data from matchmove but only the camera and track points show up in maya.. The image plane is not showing up.. thx in advance

  4. Perfect tutorial, just what I was looking for to be able to do this kind of effect! The only thing that bugs me is the two shadows on the sides. It seems that nothing else in the scene has those side-shadows, so it looks a bit off, but a perfect tutorial none the less!

  5. I have a problem… Whenever I start scrolling through my timeline, my Fottag just stops moving along with the virtual camera in Maya and I can't work with the reference Vid anymore… How can I fix this???

  6. Hi! Great tutorial! I might add though… when importing .png file types into your composite on AfterEffects, it has dark outlines. to remove those black outlines, add "Remove Color Matting" effect to your .png layer.

    PS: I love the soundtrack

    Cheers! 🙂

  7. My camera is moving around in maya but, it is stuck on only one image I am sure i picked all of them. Also in perspective mode I can't find the video and in the camera mode i can't zoom out away from the picture the grid zooms out but not the picture. Do you know what could be wrong?
