matchmover is showing me an error that unable import image sequence

I keep on exporting my text but the shadow won't appear on my render, it's just a blank screen?

I only have one doubt, if I already have a model (.obj) can I export ir to de trackers, instead of modeling again? if yes… how can I make the object follow the trackers?
I see how he opens it and doesnt have to adjust options or anything ? most other tutorials on this same topic there is always something you have to adjust. It would seem mine is only importing the track markers onto the ground plane and and the footage will only stay at first frame even when i tick image sequence on the camera panel
