Also for those of you having trouble, it took me about 3 hours to realize using the brushes he has in the description is your best option. All the default brushes in photoshop make this look like tire smears unless you want to root around on the internet for about 6 hours finding the perfect brush.

Having difficulty when it comes to the black mask, for some reason whenever I go over it with a brush using white, it won't appear.
