VR-Plugin.com is proud to present a low polygon version of the “Dreamfall” sculpture by Frank Daniel Moen Vedvik.

This demo scene will be available for download for our customers soon.
We used Zbrush to generate a lowpoly version of the 10 Million polygon scene and applied normal maps to the geometry.
The reduced scene in the viewport has around 870.000 Triangles and the light setup consists of an “aiSkyDomeLight” which is now visible in the Viewport 2.0.

We are sorry if you encounter minor glitches. The capturing is done in 2560×1440 pixels with 60 frames per second using the NVidia Experience tools.
Feel free to apply for a trial version of VR-Plugin and check the performance yourself.

Our VR demo system is an Intel i7 hexacore in conjunction with a GTX 1080 GPU.
We are running an Oculus Rift CV1 with Maya 2017 Update 3 and our VR-Plugin game controller input.

This is the first announcement for our next big version update, which will contain some neat features for advanced VR production workflow.
Please keep supporting our development.
