hey! I am working as a 3d artist in a company and also this is my first job, I learned Maya by myself and now I want to apply for certification, can u please guide me where should I prepare and what type of questions they ask and where should I focus the most to pass the certification. any suggestion will be appreciated!

I am trying to figure out what program to learn to create my own 3D bead tutorials like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yoe-LyQtXGs but that one does not answer comments asking for information about how to create the videos. does this program teach this?
You guys have a long way to go to recapture hobbyist market and turn opinion around on your product. New content on this channel is one place to start. Thumbs up.
You guys should consider re-doing some of the series, maybe all?… A lot of the videos are using a 5+ year old version of Maya… The general modelling ideals are still relevant, but the UI of maya has changed significantly, not to mention the countless new shortcuts / keyboard & mouse commands, let alone many new tools of which made their legacy counterparts seem archaic 😛 Some BitFrost, Mash, Arnold, and Mel workflows would be a great series too!
