In this tutorial for Blender 2.7, we’re making a vehicle, in this case, a WWII-era Willys Jeep. In this second part, we begin the modeling process, using the plane-modeling technique.

I'm stuck at the beginning going around the hood it's making a triangle and going grey. Please anyone if they could advise what I'm doing wrong I would greatly appreciate it, Barr that I will have to give up, thanks.
If you take a 3D modeling & animation class, your gonna have a bad time.
"You dont want to use triangles." Your right.
I'm getting suck on the part you put the plain on the front of the jeep and try to round it around the hood i tried it and i keeps making a triagle and it won't do the like like yours
Nice tutorial 😀 but it would be easier to understand if you did one part at once and not jumped all over the place will making it
To bad they don't have a rotate option for the image planes, seems your pics are slightly tilted :/
