Almost every landscape photo requires some degree of editing to create a finished product. Lightroom is far more powerful than it used to be and offers some impressively capable and efficient tools for editing your images. This excellent video tutorial will show you five tips that will make your Lightroom landscape image editing both easier and better.
Coming to you from Thomas Heaton, this helpful video tutorial discusses five tips for editing landscape images in Lightroom. One feature I am particularly fond of is Lightroom’s new masking panel. The automated tools are so much better that they have vastly increased the efficiency of much of my post-processing, which has, in turn, increased the quality of many of my images, as it has allowed me to make edits that simply would not be worth the time before. The Intersect function is particularly useful, as it allows you to create precise masks with surprising precision and efficiency, and as such, it is well worth taking the time to get to know it. Check out the video above for the full rundown from Heaton.
