How do you think you would react? If it were me I would either have the loner reaction or the heroic depending on the situation if it were there heroic one I would not just barge in there you have to catch them off guard but if it were something like a school shooting I would get out asap

There should be a patrol or defensive kind of character that's a little always around the corner. Action recommendation 1: They whisper to themselves when they witness a murder. Action recommendation 2: After sneaking away they hide in a phone-concentrated group. Action recommendation 3: They call the police trying to disguise it as a call from a friend.

I really think there should be a new personality. Were when you try to kill them they kick you down, pick up your weapon and constantly stab etc you a game over screen saying MURDERED. I'm a weird 8 year old.
